Fetishist is a band that I was the lead vocalist and guitarist for from about 2018 to... well, 2024. Below are some images I worked on for the group.
Back Patch:
This is a design i made for the album we released earlier this year. It was used to make a back patch and some lyric zines we printed... I have alot extra of both if anyone wants some, haha.
Album Cover:
This is what we ended up going with for the album cover. Its a manipulated photo with some crap over it. I like it, but wished the elements of our costumes could have been better arranged for a stronger final sillouette. We did a whole photo shoot, but we did not plan what the final image was going to be, so this was kind of a last minute thing.
Doom-Synth-Soothsayer:
This is a farewell card I made for our synth player as he took a hiatus from the group to live in Scotland. Pretty happy with it and I feel like its captures the right mix of tongue-in-cheek gloom and esoteric purple prose. I'm a word pervert so I had fun coming up with the text.
Dungeon Mock-Up:
This is an unused thing I just made for fun. Think I only showed it to our 2nd guitarist/bassist. I was playing with an anti-design aesthetic that I was hoping to maybe push the band towards in the future. I was doing a "what if.." Fetishist had a video game. I decided it would be a dungeon crawler rhythm game, and so this is my idea of how it would look and feel. I cackle at it everytime I read it.
Pixel Despair:
I made this image summer of 2023. We had a good push and were playing a bunch of shows, but we had no merch, so I whipped this pixel art thing up and we had it put on some shirts and stickers. The merch looks less detailed than the original image; naturally; but it still looks pretty good.
